Shuvopriyo has been working in the development space since 2016, with over five years of experience in engaging with social impact causes. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics from Christ University Bangalore. He also holds a diploma in Development Leadership from Indian School of Development Management, Noida.
Shuvopriyo's keen interest and passion for serving communities lead him to join Make A Difference in Bangalore, initially serving as a volunteer and subsequently, pursuing their fellowship for the Bangalore City Chapter. Post that, he worked as a Gandhi Fellow in Surat district for two years, working closely with the government education system at the grassroots to understand systemic change processes. More recently, he was part of Peepul's-an education non-profit working with public education systems-growth story, working in their Fundraising team. Presently, he works in the Partnerships function of Medha, a non-profit that prepares youth for life after school.
Shreya is a professional Architect and interior designer
Being an alumna of RV College of Architecture (2014 batch), her major stint as a professional architect was in some of the most reputed Architecture firms in Bangalore and Pune.
She led her team at Viswanath Associates to winning the coveted World Architecture Award (30th Cycle) for designing and redefining The flour Floors of the Iconic Library interiors ( 50,000 Sq.ft ) at IIM Bangalore- a complex yet beautiful project to redefine the space while retaining its original charm yet make it more functional and at par with international universities' libraries. The project found glorious reviews in the design fraternity with awards from IIID Bangalore and more.
Currently working at Nirmit Designs, Karwar she finds new and innovative challenges while working for various scale projects including the Naval base, Karwar.
